Thread the wire though the hole in the buckle.

Attach the tamer around the spool.

Adjust the band to tighten or loosen, as needed.

To dispense the wire, hold the tab on the tamer and pull the wire thought the hole in the buckle.

This works well on a variety of spool sizes and types of stringing materials.
